Jacob's a Bachelor!

Jacob has finished school and earned his degree in two years! I am so amazed by him. He plans on starting after his Masters degree next year, but I need a break first :) It would be nice to have him home in the evenings again for a while.

On a side note, I'm not very good at this blog stuff. Mostly because I don't think anyone reads it anyways :p

Hogle Zoo

The kids and I had a great trip to the zoo on Tuesday with Grandma and Aunt Suzanne. We were really lucky and got to see the baby elephant, tigers, snow leopard and giraffe. There was hardly anybody there so no crowds to fight. This was the best trip I've had to the zoo with my kids, thanks to my mom and sister for their help!

My little Helper

Ian is the best little "helper". He is always trying to sweep the kitchen and put the dishes away (whether they are clean or not). He picks up toys, throws away garbage, closes the doors and any other thing he can think of thats "helpful". Last night Jacob was trying to work on some more framing in the basement and Ian kept handing him nails. Jacob put his hammer down for a second and there's Ian pounding on boards trying to put nails in them. I had to post these pictures showing him "help" daddy fix the brakes!

Cornbellys!

Marissa and Ian got to go to Cornbellys on Saturday with their Grandma Bradfield and Aunt Sarah. It sounds like they had a blast! Lots of time jumping on the giant pillows, dressing up and getting lost in the kid maze. I got Ian's page put together and will get some of the girls posted soon. (maybe)

Ok, so Facebook is nice and all but I want to be able to post more than a few sentences here and there. Not that I have that much exciting news to share, but may have something interesting for those that are bored enough to check out our blog every now and then.. I'll try to post pictures ASAP. It would help if the babies would sleep at the same time, or if we weren't trying to finish our basement, or clean out the garage, etc..
